Nice To Meet You!
Hi there! My name is Rachel Pepples. My husband and I have a small hobby farm on almost 7 acres here in Lindley, NY. We have a small flock of laying hens. We also raise meat chickens and turkeys for our family each summer. We have raised pigs before, and plan on getting some goats next year. We also maintain a small garden.
We have six children (four still at home). They range from 20 years old down to one year old. Two of our sons have special needs, so they go to school. However, we have/will homeschool the other four. My husband works fulltime (and then some), as well as is always doing home projects. I love photography and do it as a hobby for my family and friends as often as I can. Most of the photos on our site are ones that I have taken. I would love to do it as a business someday!
We love being out in the country and growing food and raising animals. There is nothing like sitting on your own land watching a gorgeous sunset, while fluffy butt hens peck in the yard around you. Let us share a little bit of our paradise with you through our eggs!
